Shipping & Delivery

Product Availability
The availability of each item we sell on is shown on the product description page in stock items ship within two business days of when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) (By “shipped,” we mean the item has left our fulfillment center.) Because our goal is to offer you the hottest items as soon as possible, some items may be en route to our fulfillment center when you place your order. We will estimate the availability of these items for you. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

Shipping Address
When providing us with shipping information, please enter a U.S. street or Canadian address – WE CAN SHIP TO a PO OR APO/FPO BOX but you have to choose Priority Mail. We are currently shipping to the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Canada only.

Shipping Options
We offer you three shipping options to meet your needs when shipping in the contiguous US and two options for shipments to Canada. Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order to help you choose a shipping option. Currently, our shipping options are as follows (please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)

For shipments within the US:

Standard Shipping: Allow 7-10 business days from date shipped (UPS).

Priority Shipping: Allow 3-5 business days from date shipped (Ships via USPS).

For shipments to Canada:

Standard shipping: allow 7-12 business days from date shipped, longer for outlying areas (ships via UPS).

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Express service is not available for shipments to Canada.
When your order consists of multiple items, we will always attempt to group your items into as few shipments as possible. At times, when your order contains multiple items, it may be necessary to send your items in separate shipments to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner. In this case, you'll only be charged the order-processing fee for the first shipment.
Custom orders such as Embroidered Black Belts take a Min. of 3 weeks to process less ship time. This can increase to 4-5 weeks during Holiday times.. So don’t wait.

Returns & Replacements

In order to perform your best, your martial arts products need to be just right. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new condition within 30 days of purchased date. We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed.

Please Note:

- Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.

- Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

- Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.

- We cannot accept COD returns


We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.

1. Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. There are several ways to do this:

- Search by keyword or product name in the search link at the top of every page.

- Search by product number if you have one in the Search link at the top of every page.

- Browse through the products on the site by selecting one of the category links at the top of the page.

2. When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.

3. When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the Shopping Cart image at the top of the page.)

4. If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout.

5. Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.

6. Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.

7. Submit the order and print a copy of the Thank You page containing your customer number and order number for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.


We accept forms of payment via Internet. Please review the information below for the types of payments accepted for each category.

All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.

Viewing Orders

The quickest way to check your order status and tracking information is by using the link that came in your order comfirmation email. This link will bring you to your order status page and will tell you when and if your order shipped.

Did You Receive My Order?

If you received an order number and customer number on-screen immediately after submitting your order, as well as an email confirmation in your email box, your order was received and is being processed.

If you received an order number on-screen, along with a message indicating that your order has been received, but not immediately processed, please be assured that we have received your order and are working to process it as soon as possible. Please do not place a duplicate order by pressing submit more than once or by placing a new order. Your order will be entered within 24 hours of placing it online. Once your order is entered and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, customer number and order total.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, there are a few reasons this may have happened:

- You may have typed your email address incorrectly. This would make it impossible for us to send you an email.

- You have a spam blocker that is prohibiting confirmation emails from being received.

- Your order has not completed processing. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.

Ordering FAQs

Can I change or cancel an order?

When an order is sent to us from our site, we are generally unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "Place Order." You may contact us if you wish to make a change, however due to the above, we cannot guarantee your order will be changed. If you need to change/exchange or return an item that you ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.

Can I receive a sale price adjustment on a previous purchase?

We apologize, but we are unable to honor price adjustments after the purchase has been made..
